Superintendent of Schools
Dr. Schulte was named the Superintendent of Schools for the School District of Janesville in April of 2009 after previously serving the district as Director of Student Services. She received her Masters Degree in Education: Special Education from Drake University in 1987. She was a special education teacher for 12 years, working with students with behavior disorders, learning disabilities and cognitive disabilities. Dr. Schulte was Assistant Principal of Marshall Middle School for two years and Principal at Beloit Turner Middle School where she was also ATODA Coordinator and Free and Reduced Lunch Coordinator. In addition, she is Consulting Editor of Proceedings (Journal of the International Association of Special Educators). Dr. Schulte completed her Doctorate degree in 2007 at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

TAGOS Dean of Students
Mr. Lindau has been a special education teacher for the past 13 years. Prior to the creation of TAGOS, Al spent 6 years serving the School District of Janesville as a Program Support Teacher. With expertise in behavioral intervention, Mr. Lindau received a Masters Degree in Emotional Behavior Disability from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater in 2000. In December of 2002 he earned an additional Masters Degree from Cardinal Stritch University in Educational Leadership. Mr. Lindau also serves as an instructor ad hoc for St. Mary's University and teaches a special education licensure program for adult students wanting to earn a Wisconsin special education license.

Mr. Woloshin has been a special education teacher for the past eighteen years. During his first year in the district he enjoyed his time as a teacher at Parker High School. Jon has spent the past two years embracing project based learning, while building relationships with the awesome students at TAGOS Leadership Academy. Mr. Woloshin has always enjoyed alternate educational opportunities for students and has found them to be highly successful. Mr. Woloshin spent eight years in the Madison area as a lead teacher for an alternative high school program for students with severe emotional disabilities. He has been a special education teacher in the public school system for nine years. During that time he has taught students of great diversity and range of skill. Mr. Woloshin has had the most satisfaction watching the students with whom he worked experience success and reach their goals of earning their high school diplomas and going into employment or post secondary education. Jon is responsible for Special Education, Project Foundry Administration, and much more.

Nic has an Undergraduate Degree in Business Education from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. During his first eight years as an educator he served the School District of Janesville and its students as an elementary keyboarding teacher (2000-2001) and then as a technology integration specialist/computers teacher at Franklin and Edison Middle Schools. Nic began working at TAGOS Leadership Academy during the Fall of 2008 as an advisor/teacher. He is responsible for Business & Social Studies Curriculum, PLATO Administration, Project Foundry Standards/Benchmark Administration, Research Skills Development and Web Page Maintenance. Mr. Manogue has a strong desire to learn and a passion to share that love of learning with his students. He looks forward to his second year at TAGOS, building relationships, and making a difference in the lives of the students he works with on a daily basis.

Skylar Primm was born and raised in New Orleans, where he earned his BS in Geology from the University of New Orleans in 2002. He then moved to Madison and earned an MS in Geology from the University of Wisconsin in 2006, before enrolling in the teacher certification program at Edgewood College in 2007. While student teaching at Middleton Alternative Senior High, he experienced firsthand the need for positive relationships with students and individualized educational opportunities in today's schools. Skylar is thrilled to be starting out his teaching career at TAGOS Leadership Academy and looks forward to adding scientific rigor to the curriculum. At TAGOS, Skylar is responsible for Science Curriculum, Greenhouse Management, and Project Foundry Standards/Benchmark Administration.

Stephanie Davis has a BA in Liberal Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and completed her BS in English Education at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 2008. Currently she is working toward a Master's of Education-Professional Development through the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse. During the 2008-2009 school year, Stephanie completed her student teaching first semester at Craig High School and was hired on at Craig second semester. Stephanie and her husband are expecting their first child at the beginning of the school year and she is looking forward to joining the TAGOS team mid October. Stephanie is responsible for the English Curriculum, Research Skills Development and Library Resources at TAGOS..

Hi, my name is Val Maxon. I am the TAGOS Leadership Academy Educational Assistant. I wear many hats. I began with the School District of Janesville in 1996. I have worked in emotional behavioral disability programs at Jefferson Elementary and most recently at Marshall Middle School. My educational background includes Early Childhood Education through Blackhawk Technical College and licensure in Pre-School Administration. I am married to Duane and have two wonderful dogs, Emma, a shepherd mix, and Daisy Mae a springer spaniel mix. My hobbies include reading, but my passion in beading. My goal in life is to be successful in my jewelry making taking it to from hobby to business. I came to TAGOS Leadership Academy because I needed a change and a new challenge. It has been a fun start as I "Welcome the Journey." I look forward to new future challenges. Val is responsible for Skyward Educator Access Management, the TAGOS Library Collection, and much much more.

Advisory Assistant
Veronica Gill received her BA in Sociology and Africana Studies from Binghamton University - State University of New York in 2001. Her area of concentrations were in Human Development and Social Movements. Veronica comes from a very diverse professional background with past work in the areas of business, human services, mental health and healthcare. Before coming to TAGOS she worked with the Janesville School District as a Substitute Teacher and Aide. Veronica has been working at TAGOS long-term since February 2008, her responsibilities include: assisting staff and students in a variety of areas, such as administrative tasks, outreach, seminars, and student activities. In addition she assists students on a daily basis with their projects, reading, writing, math, and other subjects as needed. She is especially concerned and sympathetic to the needs of students experiencing social/emotional challenges and learning difficulties of all kinds; and is one 110% dedicated to helping students overcome educational barriers. Veronica is currently pursuing a Masters in Education and Certification in Cross Categorical - Special Education from Norda 10SPED and St. Mary’s University Minnesota. Her life goal is to work at transforming education for all students.

Social Worker
Sue Vinson is the school social worker for TAGOS, Craig High School and Monroe Elementary. A graduate with her Master's Degree from UW-Milwaukee, she brings experience from the public and private sector. Sue has been employed as an Institutional Liaison, Supervisor of a Juvenile Court, Therapist at Family Service in Beloit, a Private Therapist, and a School Social Worker in Beloit. Her main area of interest are individual and group counseling, and helping empower her students.
